Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the beautybyanya.com website. By using beautybyanya.com, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.
Cancellation policy
Should you wish to reschedule, amend or cancel an appointment, please call (+34) 646 397 837 giving as much notice as possible so that the time can be utilised by another customer. If you are unable to provide at least 24 hours advance notice of such a change, a cancellation fee will be applied. This is equal to the total cost of all the treatments booked. You may cancel your appointment by leaving a message on the answer machine - please note we will always call you back to confirm we have received your instructions.
Large or group bookings
For large or group bookings, you may be asked to pay a deposit to secure your first appointment. This is fully refundable in accordance with the cancellation policy above unless separate conditions have been agreed with you.
Appointment location
Visits can be made to select hotels in Menorca, your holiday villa or apartment, place of work or your home in Menorca. For home or work visits, please bear in mind that due to the amount of equipment required for some treatments, we regret that visits can not be made to flats above the 1st floor unless a lift is available. Suitable parking will also be required close to your location. If in any doubt, please enquire at the time of making your appointment. Appointments which need to be abandoned due to the location not meeting these requirements will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Acceptable payment methods for treatments
The following methods of payment are accepted for treatments on the day of your appointment:

- Sterling cash (by prior arrangement)

- Beauty by Anya Gift vouchers
* Payment by credit and debit cards can not be carried out in areas where there is no or little mobile phone coverage. If in doubt, please ensure you have an alternative means of payment.
You may also pay in advance if you wish by bank transfer or credit/debit card. If you are paying in advance for your treatment, funds must be received at least 3 working days prior to your appointment. At the discretion of Beauty by Anya, you may be asked to pay in advance for your treatment.
